Who we are

Built for renters and pet owners who were told no

ServiceAnimalLaw.com exists because too many people with disabilities get turned away, charged illegally, or delayed by paperwork that the law never required.

Our mission

We built ServiceAnimalLaw.com to close the gap between knowing your rights and actually using them. Most people denied housing or public access with a service animal don't have a lawyer on speed dial, and don't have time to decode federal statutes while they're standing outside a rental office or an airport gate.

So we made a place to say what happened, in your own words, and get it read by a real person who knows the difference between the Fair Housing Act, the ADA, and the Air Carrier Access Act, and who can tell you exactly which one applies to your case.

How we work

Every complaint is reviewed at no cost. We look at what happened, check it against current law, and tell you plainly what your options are, whether that's a letter, a formal agency complaint, or a referral to an attorney for cases that need one.

Submitting a complaint does not create an attorney client relationship. If your case reaches a point where legal representation makes sense, we'll tell you clearly before anything moves forward.
